During his address to students Zulu said “Do not stop learning, and respect your elders as well as your teachers.” Zulu also promised to continue serving the municipality in accordance with the municipality’s vision, “To maximize social development, economic growth and human resources through collective selfless dedication to our calls and responsibilities.”

Furthermore the municipality introduced a new fleet of vehicles which includes emergency vehicles. “We thought it is fitting for us to have new and strong vehicles, because our municipality has areas that are hard to reach and this will enable us to reach those areas quickly and with ease,” said Mayor Zulu.
